M. Honkan - (DIN: 08392886) as Whole-Time Director with effect from 01st April, 2025. The said appointment is subject to Shareholders and such other approvals. His brief profile is enclosed as Annexure - I hereto. Further with effect from 01st April, 2025, Mr. M.M. Honkan was also re-appointed as Member on the following Committees of Board of Directors : i) Corporate Social Responsibility Committee; and ii) Stakeholders Grievance Committee.
