This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating , Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, as amended, and read with BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 01st April, 2024 regarding trading restriction period, the period, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2024 for all designated persons of the Company from 01st April, 2024 to till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Tradiing Window.
