The Registrar of Companies, Kolkata vide its Order dated September 23, 2024,has granted extension of 02 (Two) Months to conduct Annual General Meeting . The copy of approval granted by registrar of Companies, Kolkata is attached. Accordingly, the Company shall convene its Annual General Meeting within such extended timeline and the date of Annual General Meeting shall be intimated in due course, upon approval by the Board of Directors.
