Pursuant to Regulations 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions if any, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution on today i.e. Monday, 26-08-2024 approved the allotment of 13,00,000 (Thirteen Lakhs) Equity Shares having face value of Rs.5/- each at a premium of Rs. 32.40/- (Rupees Thirty-Two and Forty Paisa)(Including premium of Rs. 27.40/- per share) fully paid up upon exercising the option available with the share warrant holders ( persons belongs to Non-Promoter category) to convert 13,00,000/- warrants. We further inform you that the warrant holder of 15,00,000 convertible warrant have failed to exercise there right to convert the 15,00,000 convertible warrant into equity shares as on the last date i.e. 26-08-2024.
