In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (SEBI LODR Regulations), we regret to inform you about sudden and sad demise of Mr. Ashokan Achuthan, Independent Director of the Company on 2nd April, 2021. Mr. Ashokan Achuthan was appointed on the Board of the Company in May, 2020 and the Company immensely benefited from his vision and leadership during his tenure. Mr. Ashokan Achuthan sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the Directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
