Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with schedule III and in compliance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Companies Act 2013 and the applicable rules made thereunder we would like to inform you that the Company has received approval from the MCA vide RUN ( Reserve Unique Name) (SRN- AB6277372)application for reservation of its proposed name " Grameva Limited". Further the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 26.09.2025 has approved the proposal for change of name of the Compny with subject to the approval of the Shareholders and other Staturory approvals. In this regard, approval of the shareholders for the proposaed change of name will be sought at the ensuing 58th Annual General Meeting of the Compnay to be held on 25.09.2025, Thursday at 11 AM.
