Draft Scheme of Arrangement for reduction of Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Rupees ten crore) paid-up unlisted, unrated preference share capital as envisaged under Section 66 of Companies Act, 2013, subject to obtaining of No-Objection letter from BSE Ltd and filing the said Scheme with Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench. The outcome of the said Board meeting and other requisite documents would be disseminated within the prescribed timeline.
