With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 has, inter alia, accorded its consent for the following proposed transactions: 1.The Board has, subject to the approval of members of the Company and other approvals, if any, accorded its approval to amend the terms of the joint venture partnership deed between Company and Nimbus Projects Limited in respect of 'IITL-NIMBUS THE EXPRESS PARK VIEW' inter alia in relation to change in the profit sharing ratio and authority to admit new partner(s). 2.The Board has, subject to the approval of members of the Company and other approvals, if any, accorded its approval to amend the terms of the joint venture partnership deed between Company and Nimbus Projects Limited in respect of 'IITL-NIMBUS THE PALM VILLAGE' inter alia in relation to change in the profit sharing ratio and authority to admit new partner(s).
