Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that M/s. IITL - Nimbus The Palm Village, a Partnership Firm ('the Firm') in which IITL Projects Limited is a Partner, has applied for partial surrender of unutilized land admeasuring 47843.7 sq. meters out of total project land area of around 102995.70 sq. meters of plot no GH-03, situated at sector 22-A, Distt. G.B. Nagar (U.P.) under Project Settlement Policy, 2016 (PSP) launched by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Government of Uttar Pradesh. The application has been approved by the YEIDA for surrender of unutilized land. The surrender deed under clause 4 (?) of the Project Settlement Policy, 2016 has been executed between M/s. IITL - Nimbus The Palm Village and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) dated November 30, 2021. This information is being provided to you immediately after receipt of the said deed.
