We hereby inform you that IITL-Nimbus, The Palm Village is a Joint Venture Partnership Firm wherein the Company holds 49.44% of capital contribution alongwith Nimbus Projects Limited. Vide our letter dated February 09, 2018, we had informed the Exchange about temporary suspension of the operational activities in the Joint Venture, IITL -Nimbus, The Palm Village due to low demand and very poor response on the Project. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in the Board meeting held on November 13, 2022, the Management of the Company has decided to commence the operational activities in IITL-Nimbus, The Palm Village. Also, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) authority has accepted the request of the Firm and the execution of correction cum surrender deed is in process.
