We further inform you that the Company has received the total consideration of Rs. 3.02 crores from EPV II and has entered into Tripartite agreement and Supplementary deed of admission cum Retirement. Thus, the EPV II has ceased to be the Joint Venture Firm of the Company w.e.f from today i.e October 06, 2023.
