Board of Directors of Padam Cotton Yarns Limited at their meeting held today, Wednesday, 19th March, 2025, inter alia, approved the following: Allotment of 5164000 (Fifty-One Lakhs Sixty-Four Thousand) equity shares as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each in the ratio of 2:3 i.e. 2 (Two) equity share for every 3 (Three) equity share held by the eligible shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, i.e. Record Date fixed for this purpose. Mr. Mahindra Singh, Director of the Company has been appointed as a Trustee to hold the consolidated fractional entitlements arising out of the said bonus issue on behalf of eligible shareholders in a fiduciary capacity which will then be sold at the prevailing market rate as soon as possible and net sale proceeds will be distributed among the eligible shareholders in proportion to their respective fractional entitlements.
