In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 & Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, we would like to inform you that the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held on 30th September 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company at Flat No. 606, Scheme Chopasani Jagir, Khasra No. 175/74, plot No. 15/16 Jodhpur, Rajasthan-342001 the Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders to exercise the right to vote at the AGM. The remote e-voting will commence on 27th September, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. and will end on 29th September, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter and members will not be allowed to vote electronically beyond the said date and time. The cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible for remote voting is fixed as 23rd September, 2021.
