Total Income has increased from Rs. 6971.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 to Rs. 8110.60 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.

Proposal for Setting up a third Manufacturing Site

Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is considering setting up a third manufacturing site to augment capacities besides derisking its business. The Company made an application to the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for allotment of land near Kakinada and the Company is awaiting favourable response. The Company proposes to make an initial investment of Rs. 500 crores on this facility.
