A copy of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 along with the Report of the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith. The Board has taken note of the Audit Report on the above Financial Results, in terms of provisions of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and we hereby declare and confirm that M/S.
