The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & Year ended 31st March, 2022 along with the Audit Report from the Company''s Statutory Auditors was approved and adopted. Board expressed satisfaction on the conduct of operations inspite of unprecedented worldwide crisis and commended the efforts of Himalayan Team to keep the operations live inspite of extraordinary circumstances. Post pandemic & associated lock downs; we have been consistently improving our productivity. Increase in Export orders is encouraging for complete & quick revival of the company. It was discussed that inspite of acute crisis, Company managed to keep operations live and still paid Rs. 5.69 Cr to Banks towards the OTS. Total Income from operations for FY 2021-22 is up by 12.4% to Rs. 6550 Lacs and EBIDTA for the period is 1847 Lacs. The Chairman informed that the company had higher production in last quarter but could not ship all the finished goods due to non availability of export containers.

This is to inform that our food processing plant at Vadnagar Gujarat had a fire on 20/21st May, 2022. Fortunately all workers and staff are safe. Bigger disaster was averted by cutting off Utility block with huge qty of ammonia gas in tanks. Mushroom Growing section at 800 meter distance is safe. Authorities are working to analyze the root cause. Meanwhile we are activating the dormant capacity at Paonta Sahib Plant to fulfill the export contracts. We are also analyzing the possibilities to quickly arrange part of facility to fulfill huge export orders for the year. Insurance company & their Surveyors have arrived to assess the loss.
