Rahul S Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Nagpur (Membership Number 133745). Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Members of the Company, at its meeting held on 26th September, 2025 and through E-voting carried on in this respect, has approved the appointment of M/s. the Members of the Company, at the Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2025, and through e-voting conducted in this regard, approved by way of a special resolution the change in the name of the Company for the name as may be approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Central Registration Centre). Hence Members of the Company has approved change in the name of the company from 'Rajasthan Gases Limited' to 'Rajasthan Securities Limited.' The change of name is subject to the completion of all regulatory formalities, including necessary approvals and consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company.
