Reason for not submitting within 7 days of effective date of resignation: We have informed BSE within 24 hours of receipt of the resignation letter dated 20.02.2025 from Ms. Kumari Maitrayee (Membership No. A59800) Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on 21.02.2025.
