B A R & ASSOCIATES as the internal auditors of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26. 4) To Consider and appoint M/S M R S & Associates, Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a Period of Five Years Commencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to the Shareholders' approval. 5) Appointment of scrutinizer for the purpose of facilitating E-voting 6) Fixing book closure date and cut off date for Annual General Meeting 7) To Consider and re-appoint the Director liable to be retire by rotation at the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company 8) To fix the date, time and place of 12th Annual General Meeting and approve the draft notice of Annual General Meeting.
