Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singhi - an investment of ? 12.51 Crore; 2. Mr. Laxmipat Dudheria - an investment of ? 6.24 Crore. The Board of M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited (Wholly owned Subsidiary) on their meeting held today i.e. 19.11.2022 have considered and approved below: 1. Allotment of 11,12,000 equity shares representing 5.13% of total outstanding shares post-allotment of ? 10/- each at a premium of ? 102.50, totaling to ? 112.50 per shares to Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singhi; 2.
