Re-appointment of Shri Kandarp Amin and Smt. Archana Amin as Whole Time Director for further period of 3(three) years with effect from 1st April, 2020 and Shri Archit Amin as a Whole Time Director for further period of 3 (three) years with effect from 12th May, 2020 subject to the approval of members at the general meeting. 4.
