In context to the above the company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulation as the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 906.00 Lakhs and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 371.99 Lakhs in negative, which does not exceed the prescribed limit of 10 Crores and Rs. 25 Crores, respectively, as on the last day of the Financial year March 31, 2024.
