Appointment of Mr. Vinod Narsiman (DIN: 00035746) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the Company with effect from May 22, 2024, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Vinod Narsiman shall hold office up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, Mr. Vinod Narsiman is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the SEBI or any other statutory authority under any laws. 2.
