Approved the matter of addition of certain terms and conditions in the Carried Interest Agreement and Deed of Assignment and Assumption executed on 10th October, 2024 w.r.t. to transfer of portion of participating interest in certain oil fields from GOGL, step down subsidiary to the Company and execution of supplemental agreement for the said purpose.
