Mr. Satish Gupta and Mr. Sandeep Mangal, Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company whose second consecutive term has expired on 29th September 2024. As per Section 149(11) of Companies Act, 2013 no Independent Director shall hold office for more than two consecutive terms, but such independent director shall be eligible for appointment after expiration of three years of ceasing to become an Independent director. Accordingly the tenue of Mr. Satish Gupta and Mr. Sandeep Mangal as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company shall cease to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 30th September 2024.
