This is in the continuation to our letter dated Thursday, May 30, 2024 Whereby the company has submitted the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 as approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 reference to which BSE has observed following discrepancy:- " Standalone Results - Net Profit after Tax Not Tallying in PDF for Quarter Ended- March 2024." It is informed that the figures of tax expenses were inadvertently omitted due to which profit after tax was quoted as Rs. 55.58 Lacs instead of Rs. 24.49 Lacs. A copy of Revised Audited Financials Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024, along with Statutory Auditor''s Report with unmodified opinion is enclosed .
