January 01, 2022, for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2021. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2021, become generally available.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 15, 2021 have considered & accepted their resignation and relieved them from their responsibilities.
