Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 14th August, 2025 have approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 350 Crores (inclusive of such premium to face value as may be fixed on such Equity Shares) by way of qualified institutions placement (QIP) subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
