The Board of Directors has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on December 31, 2024. Attached please find the Audited Financial Results together with the Auditors Report thereon in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Declaration of the CFO regarding unmodified opinion on the aforesaid audited financial results is attached herewith. Chairman communication on the financial results for the quarter and year ended on December 31, 2024 is also enclosed. 2. The Board of Directors of the Company did not recommend any dividend on the shares of the Company for the financial year ended on December 31, 2024. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1.45 p.m. and concluded at 6.22 p.m.
