The statement of financial results along with limited review reports are enclosed as Annexure-1. 2.the Incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (100% subsidiary) in India with an initial paid-up capital of ?1 lakh. The meeting of Board of directors was commenced at 11:30 a.m (IST) and concluded at 3:10 p.m. (IST).
