Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that the Company has, in the months of April and May, 2022, in normal course of business, received purchase orders from reputed clients for the development of solar power projects aggregating to a capacity of around 15 MWp in the states of Goa, Gujarat and Punjab. The cumulative order value of these projects is pegged at over Rs. 37,50,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees Thirty Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs) exclusive of taxes. Out of the total ordered capacity, only 500 kWp is rooftop solar project while all other projects will installed on ground for captive use of the clients. We request you to take the above information on your records and disseminate the same on your respective websites. Further in this regard an Investor Release issued by the Company is enclosed herewith for the information of the exchanges.
