The Company has participated and submitted bid for expression of interest for acquisition of assets comprising of 3,500 TCD Sugar Manufacturing Plant, 60 KLPD Distillery Plant, 14 MW Co-generation Power Plant, of Shri Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Limited, a Company having its registered office at Flat No. 1, Shivsavali Apartments, Vishwas Housing Society, 100 Ft Road, Sangli 416416, Maharashtra, India, auctioned by the Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. b. Mr. Nikhil Katti - Managing Director of the Company has been elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the elections held on May 10, 2023.
