Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 reconsidered the following items of businesses - a) Approved raising of funds by way of offer and issue of equity shares to the existing members of the Company on Rights Basis ('Rights Issue') at such price and right entitlement ratio as may be decided by the Board of Directors, for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 150/- Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crores only), subject to necessary approvals and consents as may be required for compliance of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder and the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, as amended and such other Acts, Rules, Regulations and Laws as may be applicable for completing the said Rights Issue. b) Approved appointment of various intermediaries for the aforesaid Rights Issue.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Company had applied for Environmental Clearance (EC) to the Ministry of Forests Environment & Climate Change Government of India for expanding the distillery capacity from 100 KLPD to 250 KLPD based on Sugarcane Syrup / C / B Heavy Molasses as raw material and 120 KLPD grain-based distillery to produce Ethanol at its existing plant located at Village Bellad Bagewadi. The concerned authority has deliberated the proposal and has made due diligence in the process as notified under the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006 and has made recommendations to the proposal. The authority has found the proposal in order and has recommended for grant of Environmental Clearance. Copy of the same is available on the website of Ministry of Forests Environment & Climate Change and the Company has received communication in this respect.
