Approved to discontinue the Blanket Manufacturing Project at Kathua (J&K) of the subsidiary company M/s Monte Carlo Home Textiles Ltd, due to the excessive delay in Land registration process. The company, Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd will continue to do business in Blankets with the old model i.e. by sourcing blankets from both Domestic and International suppliers. There is no impact on the company due to the cancellation of the Blanket Manufacturing Project at Kathua under the subsidiary company. The Board meeting was commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:15 P.M.
