Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held today i.e March 22, 2023 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Rastogi as a Whole-Time Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. March 22, 2023 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. He shall be continuing as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company in addition to being a Whole-Time Director on the Board of the Company. As per the provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, Mr. Manish Rastogi shall hold office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
