We are pleased to announce winning the single largest order in our history for supply of pipes valued at Rs. 5000 + crores (approx) in the United States.
We refer to our earlier announcements dated April 1, 2022 and April 11, 2022, wherein we had mentioned the acquisition of Sintex BAPL Ltd.'s ('SBAPL') Senior Secured Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures with outstanding of Rs. 1,168.77 Crore for a purchase price of Rs. 400.49 Crore by our wholly-owned subsidiary viz. Mahatva Plastic Products And Building Materials Private Limited ('MPPBMPL'). Further to the above, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of additional non-convertible debentures (the 'NCDs') with outstanding of Rs.7.84 Crore for a purchase price of Rs.2.67 Crore by our wholly-owned subsidiary viz. MPPBMPL from existing lenders of SBAPL. These NCD's have First & Pari-Passu charge on the movable fixed assets of SBAPL. The above acquisition of NCDs is not a related party transaction.

This order is for a large section of the Mundra Panipat Crude Oil Pipeline (P 25) Project which will be constructed to augment the crude oil intake for lOCL''s Panipat refinery expansion project. The order will be executed in this financial year and reaffirms our strong customer connect and IOCL's confidence in our technical excellence and execution capabilities. Apart from above, we are also pleased to report that we have secured various other orders in this period, across the Oil & Gas, CGD and Water sectors in India and also in the Oil & Gas sector in the US, amounting to apprx. Rs.2,450 Crores, with most of them to be executed within this financial year.
