The Board has approved the early closure of the Buyback of the equity shares of the Company through the Stock Exchange route from open market w.e.f. 29th May, 2023. The Buyback was approved by the Board in its meeting held on 5th January, 2023 and the Company has bought back 38,66,025 Equity Shares from 16th January, 2023 to till 25th May, 2023 (both inclusive) at average price of Rs 179.22 per equity share, for an amount aggregating Rs. 69,28,58,736.35 Crores (excluding Transaction Costs and brokerage) and the above-mentioned amount which is utilized in the Buyback is 98.98% of Rs.70 Crores (i.e. the maximum outlay for the Buyback).
