Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Smita Mankad (DIN: 02009838) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company effective 1st August, 2023 and to hold office for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years from 1st August, 2023 to 31st July, 2028, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 1:20 P.M.
