Vedanta Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Ma'am, In terms of Regulation 29 and 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to inter-alia consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025.
