The Board has inter-alia approved the following businesses: 1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. 2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. 3. Payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2025 at the rate of INR 6.00/- per equity share of face value of INR 1/- each i.e. 600%. The Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders to the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025 shall be Wednesday, May 14, 2025. 4. Appointment of M/s. DPV & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a term of five consecutive financial years, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 5. Approved the Director's Report of the Company along with annexures thereto for the financial year ended December 31, 2024.
