The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, 29th May, 2025 which commenced at 6.00 pm and concluded at 6.30 pm, have approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results, standalone and consolidated, duly signed by the MD, ED & CFO and CS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. 2. Recommended final dividend of Re. 1 (10%) per equity share of Rs.10 each for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Company has fixed Friday, June, 13, 2025 as the Record Date. 3. To Convene 29th AGM on Monday, the 11th August, 2025 at 4.00 p.m through VC/OAVM. 4. Appointment of TP and Associates, as a Secretarial Auditors for a period of five consecutive years, subject to approval of members. 5. Disinvestment of 22% stake in shareholding of BCL Bio Energy Private Limited, subject to approval of the members at their ensuing meeting. Post this disinvestment, the company would hold 29% stake of M/s. BCL Bio Energy Private Ltd.
