With reference to the above, we have to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; the listed entity shall submit quarterly standalone financial results to the stock exchange within 45 days of end of each quarter. However, in order to facilitate smooth transition during the first year of IND-AS implementation, the SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 (Para 2.7 read with Para 2.6) dated 5th July, 2016 has granted extension of one month for submitting the Financial Results to the listed entities to which IND-AS Rules become applicable. In view of captioned extension granted by above mentioned SEBI Circular, it is proposed to convene and hold the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on or before 14th September, 2021 for taking on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2021; by availing said exemption by the Company. The actual date of Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
