No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00640/2017-18/11093) is appointed as the Resolution Professional (herein referred as ''RP''). As per section 17 read with section 23 of IBC, the powers of the Board of Directors of the company has been suspended and the management of the company now rest with the R.P By virtue of Powers conferred on the RP of the company, the following Financial inter alia have been considered by the RPon thursday, August 3rd 2023 at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 3.30 p.m. at registerted office of the resolution Professional- 1.
