Consider and adopt Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for quarter and year ended 31 st March, 2020 as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company was closed w.e.f. 1 st April, 2020 to 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting.
