Board has considered and approved Issue, offer and allot upto 6,00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to the persons belonging to the Promoter/ Promoter Group and Public category at an issue price which shall not be less than minimum price to be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time, subject to the approval of members.
