Pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations 2018, issued by SEBI and Internal Code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and as per the clarification received from BSE and NSE vide their letters dated 2" April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares by Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives), shall remain closed w.e.f. 1st April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2020. Date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated to you separately. All the connected and designated person(s) and other concerned persons are prohibited to make any transaction(s) involving purchase or sale of the equity shares of the Company, during the period when trading window is closed.
