Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Worth Peripherals Limited ('the Company') is extending Co-Obligancy (Guarantee) for M/s Yash Packers ('Joint Venture') to renew the working capital (Cash Credit) facility for Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) in favour of the Federal Bank, as stipulated in Federal Banks Sanction Letter dated 20-08-2026.
