In continuation to our letter dated 16.05.2024 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, it is to inform that the Ministry of Affairs (MCA) vide order dated 02.01.2025 has conveyed the sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation between Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (transferor company) and NHPC Limited (transferee company). Copy of the MCA order is enclosed. The other details mentioned in the attached letter.
