SUF AUM growth remains stable at 17% YoY vs 17% YoY (FY25) led by lower disbursements. Disbursements grew by 6% YoY (up 6% QoQ) during Q1FY26. Asset quality deteriorated however, continues to remain best-in-class; collections stood at 91%. NIMs (calculated) have improved (up 46bps YoY) led by increase in yields which resulted in strong NII growth (up 28% YoY). PPoP grew by 51% YoY led by higher non-interest income (up 65% YoY). Sundaram Home Finance aims to disburse 300 crore in Madhya Pradesh

Sundaram Home Finance, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Ltd, has strengthened its footprint in Madhya Pradesh with the opening of two new branches, a top official said on Thursday. The city-headquartered company inaugurated a branch in Pithampur and Ratlam and has targeted disbursements of Rs 300 crore in Madhya Pradesh this financial year. "This expansion in Madhya Pradesh is in line with our stated intent of identifying select growth opportunities in Tier II and III towns outside South India and building a stronger base in states where we already present in," Sundaram Home Finance MD D Lakshminarayanan said in a company statement here. The company currently operates two branches in Indore and one in Bhopal. Sundaram Home Finance which has been expanding its presence beyond Southern markets has reached a milestone of breaching Rs 1,000 crore mark in its disbursements made in non-south markets in FY 2024-25, a top official said. Sundaram Home Finance is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Ltd. It provides home loans, plot loans, loans against property and business loans to traders and retailers. The city-headquartered company, a traditional player in south India, has expanded its presence in Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. It also entered into the Chhattisgarh market. For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, Sundaram Home Finance made disbursements of Rs 6,517 crore (including south and non-south markets) which was up by 29 per cent from Rs 5,039 crore disbursements made in the same period of previous financial year (FY2023-24). Sundaram Finance Holdings Q4 results: Consolidated PAT at Rs 107.12 cr

Sundaram Finance Holdings Ltd reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 107.12 crore for the JanuaryMarch 2025 quarter, the company said on Friday. The Chennai-based firm had posted a profit after tax of Rs 269.32 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 412.08 crore, compared to Rs 533.14 crore in the year-ago period. In a statement, the company said the profit before tax in FY24 included a one-time gain of Rs 175.67 crore from the redemption of non-convertible redeemable preference shares of TVS Holdings Ltd. Excluding this, net profit for FY25 rose 15.28 per cent. Similarly, the profit before tax for the March 2024 quarter also included the same one-time receipt. Excluding it, net profit for the March 2025 quarter rose 14.38 per cent, the company said.
