We would like to inform you that pursuant to Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, read with 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' and 'Code of Conduct for Practices and Procedures Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI)', the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed for trading in company's securities by Designated Persons, Connected Persons as defined in the aforesaid 'Code of Conducts' and immediate relative thereof from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
